Our Muay Thai Fundamentals class is the ideal starting point for beginners and a great way for experienced students to sharpen their technique. You’ll learn the essential strikes - kicks, punches, knees, and elbows - along with proper stance, foot work, and basic defence. This class focuses on building strong foundations, improving coordination, and developing confidence at your own pace. It’s all about mastering the basics in a fun, friendly and safe space without judgement.

The Muay Thai Pads & Partner class takes your training to the next level with dynamic, hands on practice. You’ll work in pairs to develop rhythm, timing, accuracy, combinations, and fluid movement through pad work and controlled partner drills. It’s an engaging and high intensity class designed to improve your striking, reaction time, and fight IQ - all while building trust and camaraderie with your training partners. Perfect for students ready to apply their skills in real time scenario’s.
