Our Boxing Fight & Fitness class is a high energy, fully body workout that combines real boxing technique with dynamic fitness training. Whether you’re here to get in shape, learn to box, or push your limits, this class delivers! You’ll work on punching combinations, foot work, and defensive skills - pairs with strength and conditioning drills to boost endurance, power, and agility. Suitable for all levels, this class offers the perfect balance of skill building and sweat, all in a fuel go getting, and motivating environment.

Coach Josh has dedicated over 30 years to combat sports, beginning his boxing journey at just 7 years old. Now 40, he brings years of coaching experience, having honed his craft in a high-profile Muay Thai gym before establishing his own training space over the past 5 years. With a deep passion for both Muay Thai and boxing, Coach Josh has built a reputation for developing fighters at the highest level.

As a coach, he has guided numerous athletes, including professional Muay Thai fighters and Pro boxer Ben Mahoney, who held the title of Australian Super Welterweight Champion and IBO Asia Pacific Super Welterweight Champion. In addition, Coach Josh works with Luke Scullion, a talented professional boxer, as well as a growing number of amateur boxers.

Known for his technical expertise, personalized training approach, and dedication to his fighters' success, Coach Josh continues to shape the careers of boxers and Muay Thai athletes, ensuring they reach their peak performance both inside and outside the ring.
