Our Kids Martial Arts program is designed to build children’s confidence, discipline, regulate emotions and focus in a fun, social-able and supportive environment.
It is age appropriate for children between 4 to 11 years old, your child will learn valuable self defence skills, improve their coordination and fitness levels.
