Can I hold my membership?

Yes, you absolutely can! We encourage you to do so when necessary. Holds are recommended for school holidays, medical injury and physical sickness.
We can hold your membership for 2 weeks increments and cannot exceed 8 weeks annually. If you have a medical injury please contact us with a medical certificate to exceed the 8 weeks for any physical injury such as broken bones that will impact your ability to train.

What is the age groups for Kids Mini?

Our Kids Mini program is designed for children aged between 4 to 11 years old. Sometimes we do take on 3 year olds depending on their focus levels.

Do you offer Personal Training?

Yes we do! If you’re looking for a particular trainer please contact our receptionist on 0466 585 099 and she will guide you through the process and inform you of any relevant information.

Can I train whenever I want?

Currently all memberships are unlimited classes and you are welcome to train at any time during the allocated classes.


Are you a Fight or Fitness gym?

We are both! All of our members are friendly and we are community of likeminded individuals who want to see everyone grow to be their best version! Our fighters have their own allocated time schedule for training and cross over with them is unlikely.

We encourage all individuals who are interested in combat sports to give it a try whether its for fitness, self defence, confidence, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and building friendships!
